Roots in Care and Clinical Dedication:
Growing up in Greenville, Texas, I was raised by a hardworking single mother who instilled in me a deep foundation of faith, resilience, and service to others. Inspired by a lineage of strong women in the medical field who served as the healers of their families, my path toward therapeutic bodywork began early. My passion for functional anatomy and biomechanics took root in middle and high school while volunteering for the Special Olympics, where I assisted athletes with muscle recovery and targeted stretching.
From Elite Athletes to Multi-Disciplinary Expertise:
That early calling evolved into a lifelong dedication to structural healing. While my professional journey has spanned diverse industries—including IT and architectural design—I consistently returned to my true calling in physiological recovery.
I spent my formative years training directly alongside experts in physical therapy and chiropractic care, mastering the science of how the body moves and heals. Over the years, I have had the privilege of providing elite recovery therapy for professional football players and launching large-scale corporate wellness initiatives at Medtronic in Ft. Worth, and partnerships with country music star Jeff Clayborn.

After years of working in high-volume "big box" spas and fast-paced chiropractic offices across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and Las Vegas, I recognized a critical flaw in the industry: corporate environments often prioritize volume over measurable patient outcomes.
I founded Jordan Wellness in Collin County to build something completely different. We are not a high-volume factory; we are a dedicated clinical bodywork practice.
