As a specialized clinical practice, our schedule is highly structured to ensure every patient receives dedicated, unhurried care. By securing an appointment at Jordan Wellness Group, you are agreeing to the following operational policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your clinical assessment and treatment. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Arrival & Clinical Intake

We require patients to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to complete any necessary digital intake updates. Because we specialize in medical massage, orthopedic recovery, and lymphatic drainage, a complete and accurate medical history is non-negotiable.

• All digital clinical intake forms must be completed prior to your arrival. If forms are not completed, your appointment time will be used to complete them, reducing your hands-on treatment time.
• Please notify your clinician immediately of any known allergies, mobility issues, or specialized healthcare needs prior to treatment.
• To maintain the integrity of our schedule and respect the time of the patients following you, late arrivals will receive the remainder of their scheduled session time and will be billed for the full service fee to ensure the next patient is not delayed. We cannot compromise our clinical standards by rushing a treatment.

Prenatal Care Parameters

We provide specialized prenatal structural relief. However, patient safety is our highest priority. If you are in your first trimester or experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, we require written medical clearance from your OB/GYN prior to treatment. For contraindication safety, hot stones and thermal wraps are strictly prohibited during prenatal sessions.

Payments & Gratuity

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), cash, and (soon)HSA/FSA cards for qualifying clinical therapies. (Discover is not accepted at this time). Gratuity is not included in our clinical service fees; if you choose to leave a tip for exceptional care, it can be securely added via our digital checkout system.

Service Satisfaction 

As a clinical practice, we measure our success by your structural improvement. If you are ever dissatisfied with the physical outcomes of your session, please communicate with your clinician immediately so we can adjust your recovery roadmap. Due to the physical nature of therapeutic bodywork, all rendered services are non-refundable.

Product Returns 

Due to the medical-grade nature of our topical therapies (including the Firebomb family of salves), all retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened topical products for health and safety reasons.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Jordan Wellness Group strictly provides professional, therapeutic, and medical-grade bodywork. Any illicit, suggestive, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, a full charge for the service, and a permanent ban from all of our Texas locations. We operate a zero-tolerance clinical environment.
