24-HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Your appointment time is artfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you! We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value. This will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your next appointment.
• Series & Certificates: If you are using a Gift Certificate, 50% of the service value will be retained. If you are using a service series, one session will be deducted for the missed appointment. If using a voucher, the voucher will be redeemed and the card on file will be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: All no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY 

We suggest arriving 5 to 10 minutes early so you have time to complete any necessary paperwork and start unwinding. Jordan Wellness operates on a set schedule to ensure every guest is seen on time. If you arrive late, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for the next guest, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time, and the full-service fee will apply.

WHAT TO EXPECT & HOW TO PREPARE 

To get the most out of your treatment, communication is key! Please let us know your specific goals or needs before or during your massage.

• The Post-Massage Glow: We do not have locker rooms or showers. For the ultimate indulgence, be prepared to leave beautifully relaxed—which might mean leaving with massage oil in your hair or without makeup. Try not to schedule a high-energy event immediately after your session!
• Health Intake: When booking online or in person, please notify our staff of:

  • Special health care needs, concerns, or mobility issues
  • Requested providers or specific treatment requests

EXPECTING MOTHERS

We love pampering moms-to-be! Jordan Wellness provides extra pillows, wedges, and padding to ensure your absolute comfort.

• First Trimester & High-Risk: If you are in your first trimester or have a high-risk pregnancy, we require a written approval note from your doctor before your massage.
• Sensitivities: Please notify us of any bodily sensitivities or aversions to specific smells/products so we can adjust your treatment.
• Note: For safety reasons, we do not offer hot stone massages or body wrap treatments to expecting mothers.

PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS & GRATUITY 

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cash, personal checks, and Jordan Wellness Gift Certificates. (Please note: Discover cards are not accepted at this time).

• Discounts: Jordan Wellness Group does not combine multiple discounts or coupons for treatments on the same day. Leftover coupons can gladly be applied to your next visit.
• Gratuity: Tips are not built into our service costs but are deeply appreciated. Customary gratuity for service providers is 15–20%. You may add a tip to your credit card payment, or use the white envelopes provided in the studio to leave cash for your therapist.

VOUCHERS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

• Vouchers (e.g., Groupon): We gladly honor third-party vouchers for first-time, new clients only. We do not accept vouchers from existing clients. (Pro-tip: We highly prefer you contact us directly before purchasing a third-party voucher!)
• Gift Certificates: Valid for one year from the month of purchase. They are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable to another person or can be used toward different services and products. No exceptions.
