24-HR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is anticipated and artfully prepared! Please provide Jordan Wellness with a minimum of 24 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment(s). If 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided, we will charge your credit card 50% of the day’s total service(s) value. For this policy, Jordan Wellness will charge the credit card we have on file or will be charged at your next appointment. If you are using Gift Certificates 50% of the total service(s) will be retained. If you are using a service series, one of your services will be redeemed for your missed appointment.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT

We suggest arriving 5 - 10 minutes early, allowing you time for any paperwork and unwind. Jordan Wellness has a set schedule and other guests follow your appointment. If you happen to be late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. However, as a courtesy to the next guest, please note that if you arrive late – your treatment will end as previously scheduled.


ONLINE BOOKING

Jordan Wellness offers online booking for massage and memberships services. In order to help create a tranquil experience.


WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Try not to schedule a huge event after a relaxing massage. We do not have a locker room or showers. For the ultimate treatment and indulgence –you may get oil in your hair, leave with no make-up or messy hair and hopefully be delightfully relaxed. Provide yourself enough time after your appointment(s) to relax….

When booking your appointment, notify our staff of:

· Known allergies

· Special health care needs/concerns

· Mobility issues

· If pregnant, advise how many weeks/doctor’s written permission

· Requested Provider and/or treatment requests.

MASSAGE: To get the most out of your treatment, it is important to communicate! Please let us know if there are any specific treatment goals or needs any time before or during your massage.

 

EXPECTING MOTHERS

If you are receiving massage in your first trimester, please note for high-risk pregnancies only: it is recommended to have an approval note prepared from your doctor before you come in for your massage. When booking your massage or facial, please notify our staff of any areas of sensitivity, or if you’ve been sensitive to any particular smells or products while pregnant. Jordan Wellness offers extra pillows, wedges and extra padding to make sure you are comfortable. NOTE: For safety reasons, Jordan Wellness does not offer certain types of massage, hot stone massage, or body wrap treatments to expecting mothers.

Jordan Wellness Group does not honor multiple discounts or coupons for treatments done the same day. We will gladly redeem leftover coupons at your next visit. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have an expiration date of one year from the month of purchase.

Sorry, Discover cards are not accepted at this time.


GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or used for different services or products. No exceptions.

We want you to be thrilled about your experience at Jordan Wellness! It is important to all of us that our services are top-notch and you walk-away feeling better than you walked in. GRATUITY

Gratuity is not built into the service costs at Jordan Wellness. Tips may be left at the where you will find white gratuity envelopes to pass along to your Massage Therapist. Tips can be added to any credit card payment. Leaving 15-20% is customary for all service industry providers.
